I'm a Personal Trainer based on the Isle of Wight, offering a variety of different packages in person and online to ensure that good quality fitness and nutrition advice is available to all.

POMSQUAD™ is a super fun, immensely positive, high energy dance fitness class! You'll be shaking your poms while prancing, dancing, bending, and snapping to today’s hits and yesterday’s favorites. Inclusive, encouraging, and easy to follow classes are designed to maximize caloric burn while strengthening and toning the body. Featuring a variety of dance styles and unique choreography, there is something for every one in each and every class.

With working from home becoming the norm it can start to get harder to make the time to fit that exercise class in. 

​

This is an online only class utilising minimal or no equipment and is suitable for all abilities. (exercise bands and a mat).

​

A tip jar link will be issued to participants after the class should you wish to use it, however this is a free class and it is not compulsory to make a donation to participate.

BarreFloor is a body conditioning workout on the mat, combining ballet movements with the alignment of yoga and the precision of Pilates. Set to the beat of the music, this energetic toning class does not require a ballet barre but does require commitment, stamina and passion. A dynamic, brisk and challenging workout that sculpts the body from head to toe!

This class is available both in studio and online.
